Valley Group offers turn-key project management including large scale plant asset moves, plant installation, plant relocation, plant consolidation & plant shutdown. We have over 30 years of worldwide industrial services experience including project management, plant & machinery installation, heavy haul & freight forwarding and we can provide complete project oversight including:

• Coordination of all on-site rigging.
• Coordination of all on-site and/or off-site rigging, crating & packing.
• Electrical & mechanical connect/disconnect oversight.
• Concrete work oversight.
• Management of insurance and safety requirements across all vendors.
• Management of site EPA requirements.
• Management of asset sales, auctions & disposals.
• Coordination of OEM start-ups and/or shutdowns.

Sample projects to date include:

• Consolidation of 3 US plants into 2 including the shutdown of a 200,000 sq. ft. western plant and consolidation into southwest and mid-west plants including industrial asset sales as well as a complete overhaul of the southwest plant including a building addition and machinery relocation.
• Consolidation of 3 Canadian plants into 2 including the shutdown of one 150,000 sq. ft. plant and consolidation into two Eastern Canadian plants including industrial asset sales.
• Relocation of a 250,000 sq. ft. plant from MI to GA .
• Shutdown of a 150,000 sq. ft. western Canadian plant including asset sales and auctions.
• Shutdown of a 200,000 sq. ft. eastern US plant including asset sales.
• Relocation of a 180,000 sq. ft. plant from CA to AL.
